Trump speaks at UN, declares war on UN and most of the globe

To say this was a strong speech is an understatement. Iran were terrorist "losers." North Korea is on a suicide mission and the US has no choice but to destroy it. Our allies were scofflaw deadbeats. Only Israel was looking left and right wondering how it got off so easy.

The Trump base will be ecstatic. Lot's of peace through threats in that speech. Much equivocation too, e.g. to paraphrase "I've rewritten war strategy, no longer will war we limited by arbitrary deadlines..." Cool, Trump has codified endless war, just what his foreign entanglement hating base wants to hear.

OK. Iran is NOT a state sponser of terrorism? ..oh wait..they are!
* as well as being a hegemonic power*

unlike Rice and Clinton, and Powers / Trump is saying we cannot live with a nuclear NK
But he actually said he would attack only if attacked

Considering the UN is a bunch of running dog globalist lackeys -he was calling them out to do their job
I would have just shown them the door for all they are worth

At least there's one thing you are correct about.......you are definitely deplorable.

Should be obvious by now that N Korea, and probably most of the world, views the President's empty threats as just that, empty, echoing the tough guy talk over and over and over just gets you recognized as a blowhard

..who knows..I do know sitting back with "strategic patience:"( Obama) got us here ( along w/former POTUS.)

The situation is now critical-Trump can't just kick it down the road like the previous bunch

Ah, N Kores never sent misslles flying over Japan under those previous Presidents, nor did they launch new missle seemingly every other week, all the boisterous rhetoric is doing is escalating their efforts to obtain a deliverable bomb

I'll just leave this here.

On July 9, 1993, as the Washington Post reported at the time, Bill Clinton told the media his policy toward North Korea: “We would overwhelmingly retaliate if the North Koreans were to ever use, to develop and use nuclear weapons. It would mean the end of their country as they know it.”

For the record, he also added, “North Korea is just one of many renegade nations that would like to have nuclear weapons and be unaccountable for them, and we can’t let it happen.”

Well, it did happen. Presidents like Donald Trump are today left to deal with the failures of presidents like Bill Clinton (and his bipartisan successors) who couldn’t stop it from happening.

Clinton’s comments were widely covered at the time, including by the New York Times, which reported: “On his weekend visit to South Korea, President Clinton warned that if North Korea developed and used an atomic weapon, ‘we would quickly and overwhelmingly retaliate.’” He said, “It would mean the end of their country as they know it.”

To repeat: the end of their country as they know it.

Trump's speech sounded like the speech a tinpot dictator would give. Because that's exactly what he is, a tinpot dictator.

“We would overwhelmingly retaliate if the North Koreans were to ever use, to develop and use nuclear weapons. It would mean the end of their country as they know it.”

:rofl2:

did you see I got the OFFICIAL badge?? rofl :)

The basket you're so proud of being a part of looks more like this....
