you used a portion of my words to bring about the result you felt you wanted, just like a liberal. everything I say is in direct line with the constitution and the founding fathers. yours is with the authoritarian police state proferred by the GOP because you can't think for yourself and freedom of others terrifies you.

Many in the those elections lost their elections because their gop opponents ran against her, not so much them..

Sure you do. If Bernie Bros had been happy with Hillary, they wouldn't have stayed home and let her lose. Obviously, there are many other groups of independent voters who either stayed home/protest voted or voted for Trump.

The same rule applies to the Republican inability to court Perot voters in the 90s so as to defeat Clinton, who beat Bush 43%-37% in 1992.

I think having character makes me a tough guy. That being said, STY served in the military, and you did not. In modern parlance on the right, that's supposed to accord him all sorts of deference and respect. Sure :0) the difference being that Perot had the balls and integrity to run as the independent that he was, not attempt to mooch the nomination of a party that he rejects as Sanders the Lessor has done.

Had Sanders had the integrity of Perot, he would have gotten less than Perot's 19% .. but run Sanders again if that makes you happy and we'll all get to whine about Trump's re-election and the size of his crowds.

Had Bernmaster Sandy run independent, he would have handed Douchebag Donald an electoral landslide, and probably the popular vote. The whole idea of a primary challenge is that you give the party the opportunity to recover from your candidacy in time to be competitive in the general election.
