On my troll twitter I definitely have spent the last week telling 17-25 year old illegals that they were getting shippied out, that ICE was coming for them, that they dont belong and they aren't real americans. Because DACA parents are still illegal the next talking point will be that we can't send their parents home so they should get to stay too. I am continually insulted when people say it's just 800k. It's not. It's feature creep, and nipping it in the bud is important.

But then the other part of me is like . . . pick your battles. Who really cares. I wont lose sleep if they get to stay.

Actually, Trump was Trump on DACA, he was against it before he was for it. You should never say never with Trump because, he generally holds two or three different positions on most issues. It depends on which way the wind was blowing and who last held his attention.

We will immediately terminate President Obama’s two illegal executive amnesties, in which he defied federal law and the constitution to give amnesty to approximately 5 million illegal immigrants,” Trump said at a campaign event in August 2016, promising to end DACA as well as Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents.
That speech echoed the promise Trump made when he launched his presidential campaign on June 16, 2015. “I will immediately terminate President Obama’s illegal executive order on immigration, immediately,” he said at that time.

People have gone through the legal process and spent years to become citizens. Giving a free pass to anchor babies is a slap in the face to those people.

But I defer to his dealmaking skills and grand plan. There has to be a give and take and I'm good with it. Still much better than the gridlock and hate we saw during Obama's terms.

So lets say people from Ethiopia, the Sudan, Syria, and any other current, less than ideal part of this world were to come here, (which they are now and by liberal policy there would be no banned corner anywhere, terror laden battlefields and wherever) anywhere in the world. They come in every day all day.
So say these folks could come in pregnant, no? or get pregnant while their here, no?
Or have liberals thought that far ahead? NO
Because according to liberal policy we are not allowed to run them down after they overstay their visas, hell liberals even set up sanctuary so they can stay in the shadows.

With DACA being policy would this maybe invite. And of course now they have babies born here so certainly we can't kick the parents out, EVER.

yes he's talking about getting rid of the ILLEGAL action, he never said anything about removing the actual people. I know for liberals it's hard to understand the importance of the rule of law and how things should be constitutionally done, but to some of us it matters.

I think I am always right and you are sitting there as your normal mouthbreather self. I have multiple instances of trump being on record saying we are going to take care of the dreamers or we are going to look out for them. Repealing bad law does not make one auto racist or auto against the "dreamers". Your issue is the liberal echo chamber and circlejerk is so massive you believe he is the next hitler at every opportunity so when he does something sensible or compromises or strikes a deal you are blown away.

I wasn't aware he was against it......didn't he give Congress six months to agree to a legal program to replace it?.......all the demmycrats have to do to save the Dreamers is strike a deal with the Republicans.........
