Newsweak is stamping its' widdle feetsies demanding to know why the presidents' property isn't full of refugees.

President Donald Trump is facing calls to open his exclusive Mar a Lago resort to Florida residents who have been displaced by Hurricane Irma.

Millions of people have been evacuated from their homes, with shelters protecting tens of thousands of people from the category-4 storm, which has already claimed one life in Florida and 24 in the Caribbean.

Among those calling on the president to open up his members only club to those in need of shelter was filmmaker and activist Michael Moore, who tweeted about the president doing so as the storm hit the Florida Keys.

CNN is pouting and squeaking that Florida is doomed - doomed - they say!

Does this mean South Florida is the next Atlantis? That depends in large part on how quickly we get our act together to cut carbon pollution.

Then it should be easy for you to show us where anyone said Florida "was doomed," we'll wait

Reading and comprehension issues?

They say South Florida could be the next Atlantis UNLESS everyone accepts the unproven theory that "carbon pollution" is causing monster hurricanes that will engulf Florida in seawater.

Since you're a liberal, I should explain that the Atlantis they are referring to is not a resort hotel, it's a doomed "lost" continent that was supposedly submerged by a cataclysmic event.

Read the CNN piece @ the link I provided and come back and tell me that's not exactly what they are saying.

I dare you.

Once again I feel the need to educate, is is an opinion piece authored by one person, hardly a representation of everyone telling us "Florida is doomed"

Water levels rising is a fact, saying that the coastline in southern Florida is extremely low is a fact, add in devastating storm surges does recommend that the problem should be addressed. It's not a Limbaugh conspiracy, reality

And all this time I thought Atlantis was just a Donovan song and that all those B sci fi movies made in the sixties were set in Florida
