Therefore, in the absence of such limitation, the governor is authorized by the above-mentioned law of the State of Florida to order the military forces of the state or any other law enforcement agency, state or county, to enforce the rules and regulations authorized by this law.
He doesn't have to enforce the mandatory evacuation order on Rush Limbaugh, because Mr. Limbaugh has already complied. Had Rush not complied, the Governor would have been within his statutorily-defined authority to have issued the appropriate commands. As I cited.
