nobody is arguing what the constitution says.......the argument is whether the amendment should be amended.....
This creates anchor babies. Their parents have kids here so they can't be deported because their kids are automatically citizens. Its de facto amnesty and its unlawful.

then deport the parents, make the new American Citizen a ward of the state and get him/her fostered or adopted, but a child born on this soil IS an American. Changing the constitution to deny citizenship to a newborn infant born in this country is like approving abortion on demand at any stage of pregnancy.
