Charlottesville was a prime example.
Thanks to Antifa showing their true Communist thug colors, Trump was fully vindicated on the 'hatred on all sides' remark. And anyone with two functional synapses should know that not everyone at Charlottesville was either Antifa or Nazis.
Yes Virginia, some good people are on either side of the statue issue.
The media absolutely will twist his words to make Trump and or his followers out to be racists. And it's reprehensible.

Okay, just suppose i buy into the narrative of the hostile media who will stop at naught to destroy the Presidency of Donald J Trump. Why does he give them so much ammunition? Trump isn't a normal politician that is prone saying things for the sake of PC. He saw the same thing tens of millions Americans saw in Charlottesville---hate from many sides, and he said as much. It's a big reason he got elected.
The comment never should have been a big deal but the media couldn't resist an opportunity to smear Trump so they went into an orgy of self-righteous condemnation over it.
They suck.
Guess I'm not normal. I remember watching this nonsense a good 2 hours before trump made his comments. I shouted out loud (to no one in particular, only other one in the house is my dog)......"All these idiots are insane, they're nuts!!!! Go home and get a life!"

OK. I don't really care about the American media and, generally, don't read that much of it.
What i do read is our own media, which is generally right-wing in nature, who all could not believe Trump couldn't bring himself to condemn something as easy to condemn as Nazis. Likewise, there is not a politician of any good standing outside of America who held any truck with with Trump's equivacation about condemning a group of people who were chanting "Jews will not replace us" whilst holding Nazi flags.
I'm sorry, but as an outsider to all this shit, i don't care how un-PC someone is, or how non political they are, when there's a group of actual Nazi's marching thorough America and you can't condemn it outright, immediately, then there's something seriously wrong somewhere. Thankfully, i understand most Americans agree with me on that at least.
