Double edged sword.

Remove the regulations and even more entrepreneurs would be showing up with more goods. And larger supply would mean more competitive pricing.

And it relieves some pressure from the agencies that are there to provide charity.

It's better to get out the free emergency supplies, and restock the stores ..-but not the exorbitant gouging..
