what your effectively saying here is if a disaster happens these cities are screwed and their leadership knows about it beforehand and is not doing anything about it.

I bet many would have rather travelled at 2-5mph away from the on coming hell, had they been correctly informed by those they trusted.

Instead, he took it upon his Progressive, "I know what's best for everyone" attitude, and created a worse situation for those having to risk their lives to save others at risk.

I'm glad, with an informed mind, I can make the correct choices for myself, instead of idiots like this, thinking for everyone and telling lies, not to create a panic, that needed to happen.

Basically that is correct. You can plan all you want. They can tell people they have plans all they want. If the a road was designed for example 1,000 cars an hour years ago, and due to an emergency like this 25,000 cars an hour are trying to get
through it, what happens? If you have plenty of time it could be done. If it is very short notice, there is no way. It just will make matters worse.
