To be clear...you agree with that bullshit OP?Cypress and BAC, here's some class based econonics. what say you guys?

Who funds education? The homeowners who pay massive school taxes every September. Not renters. If you want to install a state income tax levy that goes to fund education, and lowers property taxes.....then that might help mitigate the issue. Of course, the poor, poor people being cast as victims in the OP don't pay state income taxes either, so it's still a free ride for those who tax the education systems the most.
Likewise for the local roads/bridges/county employees/fire companies, etc. All funded by homeowners.
Otherwise, the argument put forth in the OP is nonsense.
Liquid lunch today? You think we need to keep property values artificially high by giving better off people tax breaks so that they can pay more in taxes?
Liquid lunch today?
If you're asking these questions, then the topic is a tad advanced for youIf I could be so lucky.
Have you read any economist claim what you do, that we need the MID because of schools?

Blacks were not allowed to buy homes in many neighborhoods regardless of whether they needed a loan or not, yes that is fact and has been stated already. I'm not sure what else you are talking about.
I know it was stated because I stated it. Redlining you are obsessing about made virtually no difference due to other laws and restrictions and conditions for blacks.
As I said....it's a tad over your head. You keep making this about race. Run with that for a few days.LOL, that's one way to spin your lack of understanding. There's a reason no one is making the argument you are.

Why do rightists never want to talk about the factual effects of policies? They always want to pretend their is some theoretical but non-existent in actuality equality.
Yea...that's the standard argument that renters offer. Thanks for playing. Landlords also pay insurance, mortgage (thus that interest deduction) and upkeep.Landlords pay property taxes. Renters pay the landlords. You're a tard.
No. He thinks that because I frame the discussion as something other than race baiting, I'm a Righty.Such as what in this instance? You think the OP is a righty?
Block grant from whom?Local taxes should be entirely abolished. Municipalities should be funded via block grant at state level depending on their population size.
You think only rich people take advantage of the tax deduction? So if rich people don't get tax write offs on their homes we wouldn't be able to fund our gov't, schools, neighborhood's etc?
How does California survive with Prop 13?
