Anti Hate March

Is it really everyone who disagrees with them on every issue? Or is it those people who openly show what they are by their language?

Look there are genuine racists on here, we all know who they are. I seriously object to arseholes like Buckly calling me both a racist and a rapist, frankly he is a c**t.

Don't you think that we have our versions of fascists in the UK, many years ago it was the National Front and more recently the British National Party. They have both disappeared not because of anti-racists but because people want nothing to do with them. We found that, as you will as well, that Antifa have their own agenda and use issues like statues to gain support.

We were supposed to have a right wing march here in SF today that ultimately got cancelled. There were several counter protests scheduled as well.

My pastor went to the anti hate march with his wife and child. My pastor is a great guy. He's had multiple sermons against racism and on what racial reconciliation would look like.

He and his wife posted pictures from the rally and was talking about love, equality etc.

I've had dinner with my Pastor and he said he is pro-life and anti gay marriage. (I've never heard him bring up either subject in a sermon).

Is he a big hypocrite or can he hold those positions?

Because I don't care if someone personally thinks women should not have reproductive freedom, or that gays should not marry. This country gives them the freedom to articulate those views.

What it comes down to is whether they want to use the legislative power of government to take away reproductive choice or marriage equality. In other words, to codify their personal opinions into law.

I get called the same too, just by different people.

I also think it's hard for anybody not born here, and I'm not targeting you by that specifically, to understand the racist issues in the US. Maybe other countries have the same issues but I can't name any. We lost the most people in US war history in the Civil War. Our Constitution didn't consider a black to be an entire person. We had to amend the Constitution to give them the same rights as whites.

Some people, including trump, claim that by getting rid of Confederate statues we're changing history. Well our history also includes stuff like separate water fountains with signs above them saying "Whites" and "Coloreds." Some things that are part of history don't deserve to be saved.

I've said all along I despise violence from anyone, and I also said keep the statues but put them in museum along with info that puts everything in context.
