Virtually the ENTIRE country believes Trump's mealy mouthed "condemnation" failed to discourage Nazis.

‘Mind-boggling’: Only 3 percent of voters think Trump discouraged white supremacists

Voters say that President Donald Trump’s inconsistent condemnations of racism have not discouraged white supremacists, according to a survey released this week.

A Quinnipiac poll published on Wednesday found that only 3 percent of voters believe that white supremacists have been demoralized by Trump’s inconsistent statements about pro-Confederate marches and neo-Nazi violence in Charlottesville, Virginia, CNN reported.

Although Trump has called out groups like the Ku Klux Klan in prepared statements, his off-the-cuff remarks about how “good” and “fine” people were marching with white supremacists in Charlottesville may have served to embolden bigots.

In fact, a majority of voters — 59 percent — said that Trump had encouraged white supremacists, while 35 percent thought the president’s remarks had no impact.

“It’s hard to say how mind-bogglingly rare it is to see a number like 3% in a poll question like this,” CNN’s Ryan Struyk observed. “To get a number this low, you need virtual unanimity across all groups: only 6% of Republicans, 4% of people over 65, 3% of whites and 3% of independents said white supremacists were discouraged by Trump’s behavior and comments.”

At a rally in Phoenix this week, Trump defended his reaction to al controversy.

“I said everything. I hit him with neo-Nazi. I hit them with everything. I got the white supremacists, the neo-Nazi. I got them all in there, let’s say. KKK, we have KKK. I got them all,” Trump told the crowd.

Assuming the poll is true, that would mean Charlottesville was a success, right?

Whilst the Left is so concerned with events that happened over 150 years ago, they show absolute none about slavery happening in Libya now! I'll bet that nobody on the left side of the aisle will even comment.

I think that refers to the smugglers selling off the migrants to each other.

They have kept them in safe houses, and ( to my quick look) it means they are not selling them into long term slavery, but they are treating them like chattel( property) and selling them off to each other for the boat trips to Europe across the Mediteranean..the Libyan smugglers charge a fee to get them to the coast, and then the boat owners charge again

Trump has stated that the US has no role in Libya. The Brits are sending 9m.
what is "9m"

The russians are supporting the Tripoli gov't as well as the Libyan National Army ( Bengazi gov't)

The Russian are profiting off the Obama/Hillary assassination of Qadaffi

People can tell the difference between when Trump reads a prepared statement from a teleprompter and when he speaks his mind off the cuff.
When Trump spoke as Trump he encouraged the Nazis, and they got his message loud and clear.

They do not matter, except to each other...
Trump supporters are of little consequence...
The world knows what he is.
The Nazis and the racists know he endorses them.
Just ask them...

White supremacists and neo-Nazi groups enthusiastically embraced President Donald Trump on Wednesday, seeing an endorsement of their cause in his insistence that left-wing groups were also to blame for the deadly violence at a "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.

"This man is doing absolutely everything in his power to back us up and we need to have his back," Andrew Anglin wrote on the DailyStormer, a neo-Nazi, anti-Semitic website that acts as a hub of the extreme right.

"It's going to be really, really hard to have any bad feelings towards Trump for a long, long time after this," he said.

Richard Spencer, the white nationalist organiser of the "Unite the Right" rally, hailed Trump's statement as "fair and down to earth."

"Trump cares about the truth," said Spencer, who added he was "proud of" the president.

Trump stunned many Americans Tuesday after he strongly condemned leftist agitators as equally responsible for the deadly violence at Saturday's rally in Charlottesville.

Hundreds of so-called alt-right activists descended on the city armed with clubs and bats and brandishing Nazi flags and symbols, to protest plans to take down a statue of Confederate general Robert E Lee.

And David Duke, former Imperial Wizard of the KKK, took to Twitter immediately after the statement on Tuesday to ‘thank’ Trump.
‘Thank you President Trump for your honesty & courage to tell the truth about #Charlottesville & condemn the leftist terrorists in BLM/Antifa,’ he wrote.
Nazi site the Daily Stormer is struggling to find a new home after getting kicked off successive web domain hosts for publishing an article, written by Anglin, calling Heyer a ‘fat childless slut’.
