Shouldn't we get the legislation enacted that will force Mexico to pay for it, before we spend money on it?
 
Cost of building wall is $20 billion.

We already spend over $100 billion/yr on illiegal imigration.

Spend the 20 billion to save 100 billion/yr.

State Treasurer of AZ Jeff Dewit says "If I give you $20 and promise to give to $100/yr for the rest of your life, that's a good deal."
