The democrats could and should have the bill to at least improve Oboobcare, they have nothing and in fact are so helpless that they are asking the GOP to pass Trumpcare to stop the massive insurance failures in Oboobcare. Well kid, the GOP does not have to do anything, they can watch Oboobcare DIE and when there are enough uninsured helpless people ALL BECAUSE OF OBOOBCARE the democratic party will have ZERO elected members.
