No one seems to be asking this, seems to me that the police are guilty of abandoning their post. This is a court marshal in the military..................

Why did they come in riot gear, then leave the riot?

Is the family of the girl suing the police?

Lots of people are asking this, but the media will never mention this because the chief of police is a democrat and this entire debacle was aimed at Trump from the beginning. We need a special council here

Sorry, the chief is a democrat, and he ordered the police to leave and let the riots run unabated. While I am sure that he never expected a girl to die, that is on no consequence, he is guilty of manslaughter at least

They were ordered to stand down by the Governor and Mayor

This was a democrat party black op ala Jim Creamer from beginning to end. It was all orchestrated by the left

Baltimore's Black liberal, socialist democrat, mayor did the same thing. She let BLM run rampant, rioting and destroying poor Black neighborhoods. And now, thanks to the racist BLM, Baltimore's murder rate has doubled. And it's mostly Blacks killing other Blacks. Thanks BLM :palm:

Neither the Governoe or Mayor has the ability to tell the police not to protect the people, not legally at least. So if the police did not protect the people they are guilty as well. See a police officer does not need to wait for instructions to save a life, he or she has an ethical responsibility to act.

I don't want to pin this on the cops but I think you have a point.

Cops swear an oath to protect the public---even when 'the public' are some Nazis wannabes. Charlottesville absolutely NEVER should have been allowed to get that far out of control. And the people responsible should be held accountable.

But they won't because...because...Trump.
