you see it has historically been very against people of color due to the racism like we are seeing lately.


that is why citing sceince and history to fashion a countering effort to correct for what actaully has been proven to exist is ameliorated.

The 1/16 Native American in my skin should definitely count if I had attended college in California, the way it did for my cousin when he attended Santa Barbara (reduced tuition, I believe).
