No, America is structurally built on racism, especially with regard to the justice system. It permeates all aspects of society, and manifests as white privilege (whereby whites are by default given the benefit of the doubt). Take a look at the Opioid Epidemic and contrast that with Crack Epidemic of the 80s and 90s. Whites drug abusers are viewed as angels with clipped wings.
