Racist white men terrorizing the streets of Virginia

it's astonishing how you ignore the deadly reality of Clinton.
You have Libya and her "smart power" which she STILL defends to this day.

You have her campaign promises for a no fly in Syria..I assume you know the logistics involved to make
"safe corridor" for refugees?

you don't just do that from the air- you have to do it from the ground too.
Once we are on the ground...*oh shit..how did we get in this war??* :whoa:

now compare that nightmare to Trump and Putin's ceasefire that is holding...
~~

I am not going to get into domestic politics with you because I know how it will go.
where i see limited government you will see racism. It's a useless argument over our perceptions

Not at all interested in your Clinton fantasies. They are seriously ridiculous.

Trump is a monstrous failure, racist, warmonger, idiot and fool .. with the lowest poll numbers in history.

Global leaders mock him and laugh at him.

His Putin / Russia fantasy is a complete failure .. rejected by his own party.

Feel free to make lemonade out of that.

Does Sessions need to send more police to white neighborhoods searching every white male, in case one is a white supremacist?

Isn't that what you advocate for in the Black neighborhoods, you racist

When you hold the door open for a lady or an older person, do you actually decide to do that based on their color? Is that a deciding factor? Not for me. Not for many.

I'm polite to everyone .. especially women .. most especially to older people.

What does that have to do with being blind?

You would have to be blind not to recognize the color of the person you're holding the door open for .. which has absolutely nothing to do with you holding the door open.

.. unless you live in a metaphor, there is nothing at all racist about diversity or seeing color .. which is strange as hell saying to someone black.

There is no such thing as being 'color-blind' .. nor would I want there to be.

I enjoy people for who and what they are.

Exactly. You can see it. What does it matter? Only to some I guess.

Then why pretend you don't see it?

There is no such thing as a colorblind society .. nor should there ever be.

I see it. I also see if they have a beard. I see if they have long hair. Or no hair. I see if they tattoos. None of that is a deciding factor to me in my interactions with people.

.. and if you saw Obama walking down the street you'd see a black man. How do you see a beard without seeing the face its sitting on.

You seem t believe that being invisible is the best option.

I don't.

Bottom line, he doesn't look Black, nor does he identify as Black, but he's trying to prove he's not a racist by saying his mother is from Africa. I guess he takes more after his daddy than his momma.

BAC. I have and do deal with people all over the world. From just about every country there is. I am a Sailor. The crews are always from everywhere. You come to realize over time a persons color, ethnicity, whatever means little about dealing, working or interacting with that person. That is not being "invisible". It only means when you focus on things like that, you are missing the real person. I am not going to try and defend myself here. I have no need too.

You tried to use the Mixed/biracial angle to prove you aren't a racist.....it backfired.

Truth be told, I have met several Africans who think like that. They don't seem to grasp the power of the collective.

The most powerful black man in the UK .. is essentially a glorified waiter / house negro.

Meet Ken Olisa, a Nigerian & the Most Powerful Black Man in Britain

Well, this is as usual an interesting discussion. I am sure I will see it tomorrow. Have a good evening.

This isn't about you defending yourself .. I'm not attacking you. I find your philosophy to be strange and curious and I'm simply asking questions that hopefully you won't mind answering.

I also deal with all kinds of people everyday. My being black and they being white, Jewish, Mexican, gay, immigrant or otherwise makes absolutely no difference.

Dealing with other people doesn't mean one has to de-emphasize truth or what you see right in front of your face. Frankly, being educated, successful, and black makes those interactions all the more important.

Not attacking you brother .. just curious.

How do you deal with them when some of them are your sworn enemies? (I.e. Not democrats)? Is this board any different than the real world in that we're not individuals but all part of team R or D who are at war almost to the point of wishing death on each other?

Sailor, you mother is a black Moroccan? I had a teacher in college who claimed blacks were discriminated against in Morocco, they were a minority. Did your mother's family ever speak of this? Most Morrocons aren't black, if I remember correctly, he was Berber.
