Much like the "socialist" nations like the U.S.S.R.? The only way to truly guarantee this result is totalitarianism. The more the government controls the nation, the more the "rich few" wind up leading the nation. The more totalitarian, the poorer the people are yet the leaders are still very rich. Look at Venezuela, where your precious government "regulations" has led to a nation where people fight over rat carcasses to eat while the daughter of the dead Communist leader is a billionaire... Capitalism creates an economic diversity that you will never find in the nations with the most strictly regulated economies.

Fascinating. Truly. You truly cannot comprehend what is being discussed. You want to argue somebody who believes in some form of anarchism, but nobody is making that argument. So you just pretend that they are.

Yes, our system is best.

The only argument we have in this nation is between whether more or less regulation in some areas is better, nobody who has any form of power here argues for no regulation at all, that's just what you want to believe that they want.

Less of something does not equal none of something, more of something doesn't necessarily mean totalitarianism but is definitely the path towards that. Fighting against the path towards more government control isn't evil, Shrubs...

At least we now know that the Shrubs fights for a form of government where her political "enemies" are forced to bow down to her will while she continues to make money.

I'll continue to work for the most freedom, even if it benefits her too.

Cartels were not a lack of regulation, it was quite the opposite, and that structure lent itself to the nepotism that I spoke of earlier. When you control what companies controlled by your cartel can produce you can most definitely pick the "winners" along with the losers.
