Appears the President's tough guy talk didn't phase North Korea,

"load of nonsense," that's a realm they've dwelled in for decades

Do you think that perhaps prior Presidents knew the easy route of playing the tough guy was useless in dealing with North Kores, and instead looked for an approach that didn't jeopardize the entire Far East?

And that this President's failure to understand world relations, as shown by his first attempt to outsource North Korea to China, only complicated an already worrisome situation?

I think the past 3 president's NK policy has put the country in fear of nuclear war for the first time since 1962.
I'm not. The security council did the right thing by unanimously agreeing to sanctions. That's what should've been done a decade ago. Obama was a pussy toward NK, there's no doubt about that, but Trump is just as bad by confronting Li'l Kim's bluster with bluster. It puts him on the same level. They sound like two kids on a playground.

Trump has a handle on the situation, archives just keeps starting thread after thread after thread whining like a little girl about how bad trump is. Give it a rest Ginger.

Obama let this NK situation happen, handed Trump a grenade and pulled the pin (not mine I heard that somewhere but its a great analogy)
Obama knew where Kim Jong was with his nuclear capabilities.
Trump is going step by step like a leader should. He managed to get the entire world to denounce the little midget, he has the toughest sanctions ever imposed on the little brat,
and yet still Kim Jong somehow thinks he can play with fire.
Well fire he wants, fire he gets. Stay tuned and play close attention. Trump has spoken.

It's all Kim understands.

NK [and China] has always operated under the assumption the US wouldn't attack; so they used that to their diplomatic advantage and succeeded in getting a nuke capability.

That's changed.

I got it, the events of the last two days initiated by this President that has escalated tension is all the fault of past Presidents, whatever happened to acknowledging responsibility for your own actions?

"Trump has a handle on the situation," and everything he messes up, which so far has been substantial, is Obama's fault, got it

And by the way, all the tough talk you regurgitated is the same tough talk the President echoed that the North Koreans just labeled as " nonsense," wow, it really scared them

I've always wondered what the purpose of countries like Pak, Iran, India and NK was to develop nukes. It's not like they're going to win any wars with them.

"Changed?" They just labeled the President's tough guy approach as "nonsense," and escalated threats by talking about attacking Guam, doesn't seem like "change" to me

They spit at him. they tossed a shoe. They thumb toothed him. Poxed his house. Rasberry time. Farted in his general direction.

Trump was called out. Trolled. Is he a statesman or a clown?

"Trump has a handle on the situation"? Holy Jumped up Jesus in a Crapper! Trump can't handle his own kids, much less complex international affairs.

When is the fire and fury he promised? He said that if they threatened us again, that would rain down. They did. "Two weeks"? That's his normal time frame that never materializes.

He's all hat, no cowboy.

tRump needs to understand that the "alpha male war games" he played and failed miserably in the business world, does not work in politics, that is exactly the reason his base is made up of deplorable individuals, spouting civil war, because like him, the wizard did not give them a brain.

What the frick do you call Obama lol?

We actually don't want a cowboy right now. What we need is someone to put severe pressure on Bowl Cut and keep him guessing.

He threatened to kinda sorta attack Guam. I bet he folds.

"All hat, no cowboy"escaped you, I see.

We don't need a chest-thumping bloviator. That's what Trump epitomizes. There won't be and "fire and fury" and NK knows it.

Now that NK followed up with a threat after Trump drew the line, when do you think 'fire and fury' will happen? After all, that was his promise.

Good point.

But neither Lil Kim nor Orangetweet are alpha males. Blustering, bullshitting bullies? Yes. Alphas? Not even close.

it went away every time we heard 'bush fucked this country so bad that it will take obama years to fix'

you don't get it do you?
Has Assad gassed any civilians since his wake up call from Trump? Obama drew a red line in the sand on that one, and then did NOTHING. That has emboldened every trouble maker from he Iranian Mullahs to Kim Jong, ISIS, even Putin.
A wimpy US President is bad for the world.

here let me put it to you in plain English so you might grasp it in regards to Kim Jong and his calling Trumps warning "nonsense" Rhetoric.
I bet the little fu@k doesn't shoot the missiles toward Guam. And ask yourself why when he doesn't.
We can have this conversation on some sort of reality level or you can continue with your tired old Everything Trump is bad schtick.
But you too will tire eventually. No one outside of your little girlfriend liberals here is listening to your whining anymore, it's annoying

Never thought I'd ever agree with the NK regime, but Trump is senile.

No, that wasn't strong enough, new tougher stuff now, it will be an event never seen before! Is launching missiles that don't strike Guam considered an attack?
