If we argue for compassionate Euthanasia and assisted suicide, that too might help out corporations and whatever HC plan we end up with.

Evince, you don't need to cede ground on the intellectual front either. Everyone knows developed countries with socialized medicine and universal healthcare as a right have better health outcomes at lower cost. The only people who are advantaged other than the private bureaucracy (insurance companies and over paid doctors and HMOs), are patients who can afford the absolute best treatments who may fly into the US for treatment. And of course the moral case goes without saying.

But with universal healthcare you get advance notice of things that if unchecked become grave and expensive illness, and can prevent. What the fuck good is it to find out you have stage 4 cancer in the ER. Republicans don't care. Their preference is "die quickly" Now they are backpedaling just like on climate science and ...slavery, but hey. It's not enough.
