Low enrollment in proportion to the population, middle turnout except in the Obama elections, and overwhelmingly Democratic, exact opposite of Salina, Kansas
 
The WHITEMAN's Narrative: Chicago is a bastion of murder, the murder capital of the U.S.

All this "intimate" talk of a city obviously most do not live in, is driven by the White Narrative of the city that gave us the first black POTUS. Even when shown that other cities commit far more murders per capita than Chicago (one with TWICE as many homicides as* Chicago), the White Narrative prevails. Why do we allow white people to dictate our thoughts, our energies, what the BLACK problem is when all "pretend" to know the white PTB are full of it, that the goal is to divide and conquer black people and put Black men in the grave or prison?

White men need to stop lying about Chicago.

Killings occur all over not just in Blacks neighborhoods like the racist white man says.
