Foxconn will be granted permits allowing them to skirt Wisconsin DNR REGULATIONS.

Calling honest debate where you are clearly losing "word games". This is the second phase of your dishonest debate tactic. That means that we are near the end now.

"Permitting" is not the same as "regulation". Look up the definition of "permit", then "regulation". They are two different words entirely.

There are many activities that do not require a permit, yet the individual or corporation is still required to abide by regulations. For example, it is against federal regulations to take a shit in a federal Forest within a certain number of feet of a watercourse. However it does not require a permit to take a shit in a federal Forest.

The simple lack of a permit does not exempt you from regulation. What a permit exemption does is remove the uncertainty for investors in a project, since FedCo has proven itself to be incompetent about the permitting process, sometimes stringing along investors for year or decades in a long, arduous, but more importantly politicized permitting process.

He will do or say ANYTHING as long as it means not admitting he was wrong.

His next responses will grow more strident and more angry as he realizes he's not going to be allowed to weasel his way out of this one.

The bottom line is Wisconsin will be issuing permits that exempt Foxconn from Wisconsin Dept of Natural Resources REGULATIONS limiting pollution of the environment.

But like I said, Rightie will NEVER admit to being bested by yours truly, so he frantically flails about, hoping his distraction is good enough to derail the thread.

Now it seems that since I proved my point and disproved your claim, you want to move things elsewhere.

In other words Foxconn will be EXEMPTED from abiding by Wisconsin's DNR regulations.
