Little girl attacked in restroom because of OBOOBA's policies letting men in ladies

The attack by a man on an 8-year-old girl in a women’s restroom last week in a Chicago restaurant is raising alarm about opposite-sex access to public facilities in the name of transgender rights.

Police say the man, 33-year-old Reese Hartstirn, entered the women’s room May 7 at Jason’s Deli in Chicago’s South Loop and choked the girl until she passed out.

The girl’s mother, who was in the adjacent stall, heard her daughter’s screams and rescued her, while restaurant patrons held the suspect until police arrived, according to WLS-TV in Chicago.


Opponents of laws allowing opposite-sex public-facility use argue that they increase the danger of such attacks because they allow men, transgender or not, to enter women’s rooms unchallenged.

“I’m sure his intent was innocent,” said Susan Wright in a Friday post on the conservative website RedState. “I’m sure he really felt that he belonged in the women’s restroom and the little girl was somehow oppressing him, which caused the confusion, resulting in his hands ending up around her neck.”

CHIPPEWA TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — A man is accused of sexually assaulting a boy in a Chippewa Township Walmart on Tuesday. Officers were called to the Walmart for a report of a disturbance near the store’s bathroom. While officers were on their way to the scene, they received a call that a man said someone had forced his young son into a bathroom stall.

The criminal complaint says Tatusko told police he followed a small child into the bathroom, waited until no one else was in the bathroom, then forced the boy into a stall, telling the boy the “Doctor Who wand” was a taser. When they were both inside the stall, he forced the child to take off his clothes and sexually assaulted him.

West Mifflin police are working to identify a man who they said committed a sex act against a juvenile at Kennywood Park. Kennywood spokesman Nick Paradise confirmed that the incident happened at the park and declined further comment, citing the ongoing criminal investigation. Police released security camera footage of the man on their website and Facebook page Wednesday.

This assault had nothing to do with gender. The girl was in the bathroom along with her mother. The guy walked in and attacked the little girl in the stall. What does any of this have to do with "letting men in the ladies' room"?

It's obvious to anyone with a brain that the perp saw this as a crime of opportunity. Only a bozo like TheDonald would turn it into a political issue.

I'm not ashamed of anything. It's a loaded question. I've seen grown men take little girls into the restroom in both stores and restaurants. If a guy takes his 4-year old out to eat, is she supposed to go into a restroom alone? Your question implies that every man who takes a girl into a restroom has evil intent.

When it is my daughter at a young age, you're damn right I'm going in with her if mom isn't around.

When I was around 9 or 10, I had to take a major number 2 in a department store and this fucking pervert was looking at me in the crack of the stall. So I started yelling and the perverted fuck took off.

If I can help it, that will never happen to my children, ever!!!
