The president can't run a White House that doesn't leak all over the place. These leaks hurt America and Rump is too weak to stop them!

We need a president who can run a tighter ship!

We have never had such an inept president.

A president may appoint anyone to head these agencies, but some of these positions require congressional approval as well. All of this is determined by the Constitution, and the conditions set by charter whenever the entity was voted into existence by congress. To my knowledge, there are no positions that require congressional approval for termination.
