He calls the whole russian narrative an american government disinformation campaign.

The press isn't covering it because people are tired of the constant news coverage, but the investigation isn't gong away, Mueller just hired another prosecutor whose expertise is fraud and foreign bribery.

How is a bribe going to work?

Putin would have to be an idiot if he thought Trump would honor a bribe or quid pro quo---and Putin is no idiot. When the mafia bribes someone there's recompense when the bribee doesn't hold up his end of the bargain. What's Putin going to do when Trump fires missiles into Syria and takes out his airport [Trump did that] or when Trump deregulates the US energy sector and puts a hurting on Putin with US gas and oil production [Trump is doing that]?

If Putin helped Trump in the election expecting some sort of pay back, Trump is still going to do what's most politically expedient for Trump. In which case, it's a case of 'sorry, sucker' for Putin.

Putin isn't that dumb.

The best case scenario [for the impeachment hopeful] is that there was some coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia. I still don't get the motive on Putin's part, but whatever. In either case, I find it hard to believe they haven't found the evidence by now.

The IC had been listening to Team Trump's communications during the campaign, illegally, and surely by now they've scoured them for evidence. I don't see where Mueller hiring more lawyers is going to matter much.

look at it from the perspective of a criminal prosecution......in order to get a conviction, one must convince a jury that a person is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt........now tell me, can you convince a jury that the Russians were guilty of "hacking" DWS's emails when this character was sitting there with unlimited access to her emails?....

We will have to wait how this turns out for sure. It just baffles me that every time Trump looks left, looks right, sleeps or speaks, the left finds a story within a non story. OTOH, Wasserman is known to be corrupt, it is a fact.
Looking at this from a non partisan pov, it makes me wonder about journalism and our leftist friends. This needs to be discussed and investigated.Not doing so makes you look dishonest.

Suppose this Pakistani dude was transferring DNC and congressional democrat's data to the highest international bidder. And suppose he got wind of another leaker within the DNC who was doing it for free and undermining his operation.
