The conservative National Review doesn't think he's a great businessman. And I'll believe he has billions upon billions once his tax returns are public.

Follow the money, Lebowski. Trump blew through a billion dollars in loans in the 1990s, no longer has credit in the America (having burned so many banks and investors) and largely quit the real estate industry and began selling his 'brand name' to buildings ever since. If he's really a billionaire, which I doubt, I'd like to know where that money came from -- because he has failed just about every business venture he has ever started. He felt that bilking suckers with Trump University for tens of thousands of dollars was a lucrative, worthwhile business.
Trump is literally one of the worst, most corrupt and sleezey business men on the planet.

He definitely exaggerates how much he has, and (as christie's article supports) it's worth questioning how successful he has really been in business. This was, after all, the cornerstone of his campaign and why many thought he'd be a good President.
He has clearly had some MAJOR failures in business, and with the casino business in particular, he was inept and basically needed to be bailed out to avoid catastrophe. And he was born on 3rd base.
who cares what's failed? Do you own your own helicopter? how many buildings have your name on it? it's a fucking stupid question. he's rich as fuck no matter how you slice it.

I haven't seen anyone say he wasn't rich at all, but I haven't read every post. I think it's worth questioning how rich he is. It certainly isn't as much as he says he is. He also DOES love debt, so it's worth questioning how his wealth compares to what he owes. It's also worth discussing what makes someone a "successful businessman."
Apparently Conservatives believe inheriting tuns of money from their father makes them successful businessmen.
