There was no need for research, it was crystal clear, the guys a phony you can tell by listening to him talk for less than five minutes.

Looks like trumps foreign-policy is working out well? What a fucking loser.

Nobody pays attention but Syria is calming down. Aleppo is being rebuilt and this time last year it was a literal war zone. Some number of Syrians are returning and taking the pressure off of Europe. Trump scored a cease fire with Russia in south Syria.

So, when Russia quits the cease fire in retaliation for US sanctions, guess who is going to own every bit of it. Hint: it won't be Donald Trump.

The Russiaphobes and their warmongering allies.

Russian interests will have taken over and won.

Ok, so let's take Assad out to prevent Russian hegemony. How'd it go the last three times[!] we directly or indirectly overturned a secular Middle East leader?

Why would you think this time would be different and/or with a different result?

If you don't have a good answer, you shouldn't be allowed to comment on it.

Russiaphobia is reason enough for these dolts :palm:

Your understanding of world affairs is fairly limited.

I think the ceasefire will expand a little more along the south, it's been almost a month now.
Iran is calling for a nationwide ceasefire.

The sad thing is if we could really deal /Putin I'm sure we could come to an agreement to leave Assad in power at least thru negotiations, while both agreeing he has to go long term.

Then peace talks would have a real political framework, and we might just be able to end this thing
