I think sanders would have been very competitive, more than hillary, and very likely could have held on to at least michigan. Bernie massively overperformed expectations in michigan v. hillary. Obama lost white workers to trump, bernie would have kept them, that's all you would have needed.

as long as you acknowledge the incursions is all that matters.. Obama already "did something" kicking out Russians and seizing property

tell me what you think new sanctions will accomplish more than by what has already been done?

Further weaken an already weak as dodo Russian economy .. which at some point may cause Russians to rethink their glorious fake ass cowboy.

Stress his ability to prop up the Russian military and his crony friends.

Demonstrate that the US can and will detect interference and do something about it rather than just lay down and take it up the ass.

Putin plays off Russian nationalism. you sound like interventionism in other countries politics is a good idea.
I have yet to see where that works. it sure did not in Syria where we organized opposition to Assad.

all this does is cost both Russian and European business ties - it drives Putin more into a Eurasian partnership w/Chiina
