If Trump was going to fire Sessions he would have already and he wouldn't be going on Twitter about it. Trump fired Comey out of the blue.

That said, Trump may end up firing Sessions---if Sessions doesn't subpoena the fricking DNC server or etc.

So, if a government employee shows up at your doorstep, announces that they suspect your computer had been hacked and is therefore subpoenaed, and hand it over already, you'd be fine with it?

Maybe you're confused.

You can be subpoenaed to appear in court and/or produce evidence and be totally innocent. Congress or DOJ can subpoena the DNC server any time they want to. Why they haven't is an interesting question.

Why did the FBI under Comey simply acquiesce to the DNC when the FBI requested to see the server? Several requests, actually.

Because Comey is a weasel.

Comey dropped the ball on the DNC server.

If you think it's honky-dory for the DNC to refuse a request from the FBI to examine the server there's not much point in discussing it with you any further.
