in case you haven't been paying attention lately, that separate judicial system has sided with the government more often than not.
The ACA went thru full Committee hearings and floor debate over the course of seven months, this beginning of a "process" as you labeled it isn't even at the offset of that stage, and it's been seven and half years in the making. That's not an achievement by any standard
