That's different, this is elementary you're smarter than this. Trump is a target, Comey is a witness. Additionally Trump's former lawyer would have certain ethical obligations that would prevent him from acting as a special prosecutor.
 
Nothing to see here. No crime, no Russia collusion. Now excuse me while I investigate granting myself a preemptive pardon, while firing my loyalist Attorney General because he wouldn't sabotage the investigation into my totally honest Russian money-laundering enterprise.

how about Comey as a target of leaks? he said he leaked -were his papers gov't property?
i think so they were done on gov't time with a gov't computer, regarding his gov't job.

did he do any other leaking? will Meuller investigate those? are his findings un-biased?

Meuller has blatant conflicts of interests with anything to do w/Comey

Why do we assume Comey is clean in all this?

Why would a prosecutor make such an assumption?

That's not Comey's mandate, the regular justice dept under Sessions should investigate that.... if there is any PC to back up the claim.

so he should selectively not investigate Comey's claims of obstructionism when Comey says it was because Trump asked or consideration of Flynn?

I can't figure Sessions out. Maybe he's been in politics so long he's forgotten how it works on the outside. Trump is Session's boss.

Trump can, and will, fire his ass if he doesn't toe the line. Probably the only reason he hasn't is because Sessions was the first major politician to come out for Trump.

If I was Session's I would go to my boss's office and see what needs to happen to make things better.
