I hate to hear this, but it explains many things about his behavior of late.

My thoughts are with him & his family.
 
he should spend his remaining time with his family. Mccain should resign and be replaced by someone else.
 
I just looked it up, there will be no immediate special election. Arizona uses appointment. However it is another possible pickup and another seat for the Republicans to defend in their second weakest state.

BTW fuck you McCain I'm glad you're about to die.
 
This was one moment I will never forget. One in which McCain showed he had a soul. He had some inherent decency and humanity in him.

I mean, even on this forum, in which we saw that black, soulless heart of movement conservatism day in and day out, I don't think there was a single, solitary jpp wingnut, teabagger, or trumptard who had the integrity in those years to come out as forcefully as McCain did - and call bullshit on the "Obama is a Kenyan muslim" racist crap dog whistle.
