You Won't Believe How Much Time Trump Has Actually Spent Playing Golf Since He Took Office?

He's visited courses three time more frequently than his past three predecessors combined.

When he wasn't questioning Obama's place of birth, Donald Trump spent much of the latter's presidency criticizing him for playing too much golf. But new research finds that Trump has hit the links nearly a quarter[3] of his days in office—22 percent, or 37 of his first 170 days [4].

The New York Times also reports [5] that by his fourth month in office, Trump had visited a golf course three times more frequently than his past three predecessors—combined. By comparison, President Obama golfed just once in his first 14 weeks in office.

"I love golf, but if I were in the White House? I don't think I'd ever see Turnberry again, I don't think I'd ever see Doral again," Trump told [6] New Hampshire voters during the presidential campaign.

The president's presence on his properties, including his golf courses, has also raised questions about possible conflicts of interests.

"He's playing golf at his own golf courses," explained "Ring of Fire" co-host Farron Cousins. "So not only is he not doing work he's using our tax dollars because that's what pays for everything the president does... he's getting that money back in return because he owns those golf courses."

"There is nothing about this story that should make you happy, even if you're a hardcore Donald Trump supporter," he added.
Cousins had an offer for the president, who has admitted he thought the job of president of the United States would be "easier [7]."

"I'll make you this deal right now," he said. "You step down from the presidency—because you don't want to do the work—and I will never talk about you again... I think we could get a lot of folk and progressive media to go ahead and make that agreement."

And yet he accomplished all this:

President Trump accomplished many of his campaign promises by his 100th day in office, and he had already made significant progress by then, most notably by reducing regulations, enforcing American immigration laws, and appointing and having the Senate confirm his Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch.

In his first 100 days as president, Trump signed more pieces of legislation than any president since Harry Truman and more executive orders than any previous president.

By his 100th day, it was clear that Trump had disrupted the liberal political establishment consensus. A poll taken shortly before the 100th day of Trump's presidency indicated that 96% of his supporters would have voted for him again had an election been held that day.

These people did not believe the media and left-wingers in their war against President Trump.

As of June 10, 2017, President Trump had signed 37 bills into law, more than each of the previous four presidents, and the U.S. House had passed 158 bills, making it the most productive in the modern era, despite opposition from the Left.

Yes, but the gluttonous, pussy grabbing, old man is seriously overweight, and he needs to get his fat ass outdoors and burn some calories.

Where's my trade war with China?

If I owned golf courses all over the world Id play a lot more, I think.
And I'm guessing that a lot more of trumps down time is being paid for by Trump, unlike the 100 million dollar annual Martha Vineyard trips the last fake President took

If Trump wanted to spend his entire Presidency playing golf, it wouldn't bother me & I wouldn't comment on it. Those guys rarely really take time off, anyway - most leaders are still making decisions while they're out of the office.

BUT, Trump made such a massive deal out of Obama's golfing, and went out of his way to say on the campaign that he would not "have time" to play golf because he'd be working so hard for the people and to MAGA.

It's just one more example - did we need more? - of Trump talking the talk & not walking the walk. The only defense his supporters have been reduced to is to say that we should have known not to take him "literally."

While he is out on the golf course wasting tax payer money I'm sure he has someone watching all the cable news, less something be said that offends him goes unpunished..

& you may wish to keep in mind that while he is in the office, supposedly attending to world affairs, the tv is on & Joe & his wife have his full attention... :dunno: I guess it helps keep off his phone..:D
