Here's what she really said.

“They’re responsible for passing Obamacare. They’re responsible for the mess we’re in.”

So, no, she didn't blame the DemocRats for failure to pass the AHCA. She correctly pointed out that Obamacare was passed (100%) by DemocRats, and that's what created the mess in the first place.
 
You're missing the point, it's not about Trumpcare, the unknown.
It's the known, Obamacare and the Dems have that wrapped around their necks and are too stupid to ask for help.

No, your ignoring the reality, the President, and just about any Republican running for any Federal office for the past seven years have said their top priority was repealing the ACA, and now that they have full control, they can't, so how can that be the Democrats fault?

 
Rump promised to do it, he did not do it. I don't see how the Democrats will get blamed for that.

So your trying to tell us when asked about the GOP failure to pass the AHCA she replied that the Democrats are responsible for what she sees is the dire circumstances we are supposedly in today? And those circumstances is why the GOP with total control couldn't pass their own bill? That she skirted the question by attempting to blame Democrats? That's even worse

Nobody is blaming DemocRats for the debacle in the Senate. People are blaming DemocRats for the existence of Obamacare.

The GOP owns the failure to pass AHCA.

The DemocRats own the existence of Obamacare, which means the GOP has to fix the mess that the DemocRats created.
