But there's a glaring problem for any Prosecutor who would try to indict Junior on this.

Until Junior actually possesses the dirt AND uses it for campaign purposes, he hasn't utilized a foreign government in an election. And hasn't 'colluded'. In other words, you have to complete the circle.

The fact he never possessed any doesn't help your case.

Dumb donnie must have thought he'd be getting "something of value" re: Hillary by meeting with the Russian.

"Federal law makes it a crime for any person to “solicit, accept or receive” a contribution or “anything of value” from a foreign person for a U.S. political campaign or “for the purpose of influencing any election for federal office.”

Ill have to watch, I am vacationing in Austin, daughter is here for Conference, we spend the day touring, LBJ Library, yesterday, and had a boat tour of the bat bridge last night. Eating a lot of great food, too.

It's not even a good play. No matter how we look at your story, in the end Junior rejected Russian advances. Whether he broke the law in doing so or not.

Let me guess, for some reason this doesn't apply to the DNC 'ally' who solicited something of value from the Ukrainians.
