Guess what sookie... every medical person thinks treatment in this case is ultimately useless because the baby has a terminal disease and it's just a matter of time. Nevertheless, the Pope offered support to the family and petitioned the British hospital to let them come to Rome.

The issue is whether the family should be allowed to try.
