Apart from the recent resignations of three CNN reporters over a fake story, just off the top of my head, CNN was reporting that Comey would contradict Trump's contention that Comey told him that Trump wasn't a subject of investigation.

And this was based on the usual unnamed sources [you would think they'd learn to not trust anonymous sources---but I guess the agenda comes first].

Well, it turned out that Comey testified that Trump was right---Comey DID tell Trump he wasn't under investigation. Now, maybe Comey intended to contradict Trump but changed his mind after seeing Trump's Twitter bluff about 'tapes', but that doesn't mitigate the fact CNN is in the fake news business when it comes to reporting on Trump.

So you can quit with the CNN is an innocent victim charade.

Which is entirely the point. I'll wager CNN knew damn well Trump wasn't a subject of investigation at the time---because they undoubtedly asked their anonymous sources if he was.

Trump may go over the top with it at times, but CNN, Joe and Mika all had it coming.

Easy to cherry pick news reports gone bad, Fox has plenty to share, point being the President is just playing the media martyr role, it's always a big hit with the right, CNN is just his latest target because it has always been hated by the right going back to the Persian Gulf War, every melodrama needs a bad guy

It's the constant reliance on anonymous sources. It's like they just can't accept that there's nothing to report on the collusion front.

CNN got caught lying about Trump and his admin....they had to retract storys and fire some reporters.....

Trump called they on it and calls them 'fake news'....so whats your problem.....? can't take the truth ?

Gloria Wassaername was enthusiastically reporting the day before the Comey testimony that Trump was under investigation.

The "anonymous sources" have been around forever, yes, some take liberty with it, but they all do it, ever watch "Fox and Friends" in the morning, they just flat out make up generalizations without any sources. There is plenty of blame to go around, every President has had to face it, but this President takes it personal, as I said earlier, he needs the attention, and acts bad when it isn't the attention he wants

And on the "collusion front," from some reason conservatives think all the investigations currently going on all about "collusion," they are not, collusion is next to impossible to prove, but circumstantial evidence exits to imply that there is a whole arena of illegalities that MAY have occurred with Russia's involvement in the elections, Flynn's fall from grace proves that, so it is going to generate news attention

If Flynn did something illegal, indict him already.

You seem to have forgotten Obama's feud with Fox News---the one Network that wasn't supine on the Obama front for 8 years. Obama was just as pissy about Fox as Trump is about CNN, WashPo, the NYT and etc. The only difference is Trump pulls no punches.
