It's from the Always B.S. New York Times. It's taken from a tweet from a left coast CA politician. They're all still stuck on stupid about all things Russian.

Lots of words in it like "alleged", "could", ".....if omissions are deemed oversights rather than deliberate falsifications, and prosecutions are rare."

Is there such a thing as lawyering up, innocent style? And in case there is, why, in your assessment, did Kushner not do that? I mean, he'd look more innocent that way, right?

You are not going to get a real exchange, not the arena most comservatives want to frame anything regarding Russian involvement, majority of them you see here still deny Russia had any role in the election

I guess you know what I am at, don't you? After all, there's a Constitutional right to a capable defense (yeah, I know, provided you can afford it), and yes, if he can get an attorney who eats three witnesses for the prosecution for breakfast, that's still his right.

Did you see The Lincoln Lawyer with Matthew McConaughey? Kind of a dark comedy about a sleezy criminal defense lawyer. I recommend it.

We deny there's slam dunk evidence of Russian involvement because the *irredeemably and factually corrupt* DNC has something on their server they don't want the FBI to see. Or their server doesn't implicate Russia.

Pick one---or both.
