why would someone who's been found not guilty go to jail?......
Obviously I don't agree with the verdict. Just because the cop was excused by a ridiculously dishonest system doesn't mean the fucker didn't murder the guy. There was no THREAT!

To summarize: It is the police, the legal system, the jury, racism, and the NRA's fault. I see you've been taking Hillary lessons.
Here's the dashcam video. I said the cop told him twice not to pull out his gun, it was really three times:
He didn't go for his gun.
Since he wasn't reaching for his gun, who would you say is at fault?
you know what tinfoil meant and he is correct

not unless he meant that we should disregard the jury process and find people guilty anyway.......
Dude, i know you a lawyer but what tinfoil said is very clear. The ultimate issue is not with the jury but the laws the jury was told to follow.
At the end of the day what the cop did was murder.

perhaps because I'm a lawyer I do tend to argue that the laws on the books are the laws that need to be followed........sucks to those who don't think like Americans, I know......at the end of the day this jury has said you are wrong.......it was not murder......
Hispanic cops can't be bigots or racists? Is that what you are saying? Seriously? LolConsidering it was an hispanic cop who shot the guy that makes your call of racism a lot harder to support unless you are going for the all encompassing institutional racism charge.
It seems to me this is pretty threatening to black gun owners, I am sure some are members of the NRA.They speak on incidents where collective gun rights are threatened. I understand why you think they should have something to say. But I don't see how anything they could say could make a difference. The NRA doesn't train police. They might have programs they sponsor that aid in training the police, but they are not responsible for certifying police officers, and they are not responsible for civil rights violations by police.
They can lobby for all these things, that's one of their purposes, correct? They speak on incidents where collective gun rights are threatened. OJ was ruled innocent by a jury and it doesn't stop people from calling him guilty.
Hispanics are an oppressed undeserved community so to many, because they do not have economic power, they cannot be racist. You think that's funny?

yes actually, as well as completely illogical.......by the way, what's an undeserved community......are you saying Hispanics don't deserve to be a community?.....
