Bush was a failure in this regard as well. His cultural privilege made him treat muslim combatants like regular combatants in accordance with the rules of war when the muslims have their own culture of using human shields and other things like that that he was unwilling to acknowledge.

I do wholeheartedly agree though that he & his dick the dick cheny were totally ignorant, as well as the misfits, butchers etc that he assembled & put in charge.....
