They can get real jobs and be productive. That money spent by the gobblement can be put to better use by private individuals.

Here is a thought process for you. Whenever they sniff about government shutdowns we always hear "non essential" services. Well if it isn't essential then it can probably go bye bye.

It's pathetic that RW morons don't understand the concept of non essential services. Those are always the ones that other people need.

It's those nonessential services that process their Social Security and medicare applications. They'll be the first ones screaming when that applications delayed because there's noone to process it.
 
There's currently 4 million unemployed in this country. We'll be adding another three million unemployed to that number. That number alone is more than the total number of jobs lost during the Great Depression of 2008.

You might want to read that link. Like I said, plenty of jobs out there if one wants to work. And those are only the ones paying above the table.

I've quoted nothing from the DNC. Just the CBO - which concludes that the stimulus did its job. Over 3 million jobs saved or created - and the freefall that the guy you voted for twice started was turned around.

so Obama saved 3 million jobs in 2009 by giving away billions to keep teachers in empty classrooms where the students had moved away.......were those jobs saved in 2010 when he didn't give the same schools another trillion dollars?......it may be how the history was written, but remember history is written by the winners.....you were the winners in 2009, but now everyone knows you were losers.......
