He will be allowed to send a few billion dollars of missiles, Ill give you that. Barring a direct attack from a foreign power, he wont be given the power to do much else.

He has 90 days (just like Obama and Bush) to put this country into any military conflict he chooses. Nothing Congress can do about that unless they change the law. No man, not this President, not the last two, none in the future should have that much power in this country.

What you guys don't seem to realize is that a lot of the exponential growth is basically 'built in,' in terms of interest & also mandatory funding. If Trump has 8 years (I know - unlikely), he'll likely break that record. Especially with increases in defense spending & huge tax cuts for the rich.
