Alan Dershowitz rips his own party apart

but more to the point thing1, we are arguing something completely different. You either ignored what I said above or it went over your head. Why do you believe democracy is worse off when there is MORE transparency and the citizens are MORE informed with regards to the corruption of their candidates?

because she was his corrupt candidate.......

Do you think that you've more knowledge about legal matters than him, because I'm calling bullshit on you!

Lawyers disagree with each other all the time. That's why they exist. Did you agree with him on OJ?

Russia is not my adversary. They've done nothing to me. No different than having Merkel or someone back hillary clinton.

Did Merkel hack the servers of the KKK or whatever Trump ran his campaign out of and reveal their internal strategic notes in the middle of a close election? Russia is the enemy of all Americans. If you are not an enemy of Russia, then renounce your citizenship and move to Siberia.

you would rather be kept in the dark with regards to corruption of our candidates. You would rather not know the full truth. You think our democracy is better if the public simply didn't know about the nefarious actions of our candidates. To be better informed is a bad thing, solely because you may not like the source.

A more informed citizenry will always be better for democracy, not worse.

Democrats wanted people in the dark and they are mad people received more information to make their decision.

You're such a tard. What if I hacked the account of your business and revealed all your businesses internal research to benefit your competitors? Is that fair play? Why do you want to keep us all in the dark?

What if, I dunno, I hired some robbers to break into your offices in order to steal the information? Like fucking Nixon did? Just keeping everyone informed, k? I have no personal investment in this. It's a totally healthy democratic process when ones sides internal strategic notes are just laid out in the public and the other side gets totally privacy. Especially when a hostile foreign power is behind it, so that they can select their desired candidate. Nothing to see here.

Trump should immediately release all his campaign email, replete with all their racism, corruption, and admissions to serial rape. If he doesn't do that, he's a hypocrite who just wants to keep us all in the dark.

HAHA Hillary was exposed as a filthy and cheap whore who couldn't handle a meeting between taco carts much less run a country. What a blundering sow I'm glad she lost.

No?

I didn't vote for Hillary. You, on the other hand, voted for TRUMP, simply because he had an (R) next to his name.

Don't ever compare yourself to me. You will vote for virtually anyone who has that (R)....anyone.

I wouldn't dream of comparing myself to you....it would make me feel contaminated to even be near you.......that being said, anyone with an R behind their name would certainly have an advantage over anyone with a D behind their name, given that they would actually have a brain......

At the time there appeared to be sufficient doubt but now it's plainly obvious he was as guilty as hell. Anyway Dershowitz supported Hillary Clinton and Obama, so his opinion is less likely to be tainted by partisan concerns than many others. He is also a formidable legal brain especially on constitutional matters so I'm inclined to listen to him.

wrong analogy......you should have said "how about if I hacked the account of your business and revealed that you were engaged in an illegal monopoly to put your #1 competitor (Bernie, Inc.) out of business?".......
