Why is Debbie Wasserman-Shultz trying to commandeer evidence in the House IT security breach scandal?

In early February, five employees of the House of Representatives were banned from the House IT network. The five former House employees are the subject of a criminal investigation by the Capitol Hill Police. They are accused of stealing equipment and accessing House IT systems without lawmakers’ knowledge. The former employees were “shared” IT employees. “Shared” means they worked for several offices, performing IT functions.

The five employees worked for over 20 members, to include members from the Intelligence and Foreign Affairs Committees and former Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairwoman, U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Shultz (D-Fla.). You may remember Wasserman-Shultz has had IT issues in the past when she was chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee in 2016.

The salaries of the employees should have been the first clue something was not right. Anyone that has worked on Capitol Hill will tell you, the salaries are not great. Most staffers can expect to start in the $30-40,000 range, not a lot for one of the most expensive cities in America. However, at least three of the staffers in question were making over $160,000 per year, three times the average IT staffer salary. To put that number into perspective, Chiefs of Staff, with dozens of years on the Hill, rarely make that much.

The story gets worse from there. All five employees are related, three of them were brothers, Jamal, Imran, and Abid Awan, with Hina Alvi being married to Imran, and Natalia Sova being married to ...

This is going to get allot bigger. It is a Beleivable Story.

And unlike the fake Russian Collusion CT, this is a story, by polling data, Americans inherently believe, and are totally against Shultz pulling off a cover up.

This is a story which passes the common working person political "Sniff for Propaganda" test.

Because not all Muslims are Radical Muslims. Really!

Look, I know it is hard to swallow, and I had trouble with it at first myself... I HATE the Radical Terrorist Muslims.

But the hard and true reality of the situations is, in the good zones, which London, believe it or not, compared to Afghanistan, is a good zone... More than 60%of the Muslims really are moderates who are TRYING to help and be peaceful.

I know it is hard to swallow, but NO ONE on the planet has suffered more, for CENTURIES, at the hands of the Radical Muslims, than the Moderate Muslims.

That's why getting the FREAK'EN Lefties out of office is so damn important!

If we actually ACTED on the intel we are getting from the Moderates, the Radicals would rarely do much damage.

It is the Lefties who profitting by ordering the security stand downs.

It is the Lefties who are profitting by dismantling the effective refugee vetting.

It is the Lefties who are a BIGGER problem than the Muslim Moderates, and sadly even bigger than the Muslim Radicals.

The Muslim Radicals are only suceeding because of their being used as TOOLS by the Lefties!

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz threatened the chief of the U.S. Capitol Police with “consequences” for holding equipment that she says belongs to her in order to build a criminal case against a Pakistani staffer suspected of massive cybersecurity breaches involving funneling sensitive congressional data offsite.

The Florida lawmaker used her position on the committee that sets the police force’s budget to press its chief to relinquish the piece of evidence Thursday, in what could be considered using her authority to attempt to interfere with a criminal investigation.

The Capitol Police and outside agencies are pursuing Imran Awan, who has run technology for the Florida lawmaker since 2005 and was banned from the House network in February on suspicion of data breaches and theft.

As one of eight members of the Committee on Appropriations’ Legislative Branch subcommittee, Wasserman Schultz is in charge of the budget of the police force that is investigating her staffer and how he managed to extract so much money and information from members.

The investigation is examining members’ data leaving the network and how Awan managed to get Members to place three relatives and a friend into largely no-show positions on their payrolls, billing $4 million since 2010.

Though on the surface Wasserman Schultz would have been a victim of Awan’s scam, she has inexplicably protected him, circumventing the network ban by re-titling him as an “adviser” instead of technology administrator.

Congressional technology aides are baffled that data-theft allegations against four former House IT workers — who were banned from the congressional network — have largely been ignored, and they fear the integrity of sensitive high-level information.

Imran Awan and three relatives were colleagues until police banned them from computer networks at the House of Representatives after suspicion the brothers accessed congressional computers without permission.

Five Capitol Hill technology aides told The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group that members of Congress have displayed an inexplicable and intense loyalty towards the suspects who police say victimized them. The baffled aides wonder if the suspects are blackmailing representatives based on the contents of their emails and files, to which they had full access.

“I don’t know what they have, but they have something on someone. It’s been months at this point” with no arrests, said Pat Sowers, who has managed IT for several House offices for 12 years. “Something is rotten in Denmark.”
