may 25 2017 A feminist student group at the University of Mary Washington has filed a Title IX lawsuit against the institution for failing to protect them from mean comments on the internet.
Feminists United, a student group at the University of Mary Washington, has claimed in a recently filed lawsuit that the administration failed to protect them from posts made on the anonymous social media app, Yik Yak.

The suit alleges that the university failed to protect the students by refusing to ban access to the app via the university’s wifi system. The complaint ignores the reality that most students have access to the app via LTE internet service on their cellular devices, which would render a ban on the university’s wifi system almost worthless.

How is a site like Yik Yak supposed to be regulated by the University when almost every student has cell phones?

Does the app force them to use it? Is it like a penis? As soon as a woman sees it she has to have it. The more I see from the modern woman the more I am convinced they need a man to control their lives.

Awesome. I fully support them.
Bigots and are still free to burn all the crosses they want, and to indulge their misplaced feelings of gender superiority.

They just shouldn't be able to do it on other's people's private property, or in the public commons (aka, private internet forums, or using college internet resources).

You can still burn all the crosses you want on your own property. We understand the resentment and feelings of inferiority mediocre conservative white men have. I suggest counselling, but you can yell "cunt" and burn crosses all you want in your house if that's what you need

If people were able to sue for anything bad said about them on the internet the internet wouldn't exist.

How can you sue a school for something someone wrote on the internet from their phone?

absolutely. women don't really know what they want, but it's clear that when you let them get off the leash they just end up confused and bewildered. they need to be lead.
