What's the liberal solution to Islamic terrorism?

What is anybody's solution to (non)-Islamic terrorism? The right wing peasants in America just go around looking for anything that might leave them feeling superior to somebody and, best of all, give them someone to hate and lynch, but as a solution that is about equivalent to cutting your dick off to defeat cheesemites. They elected a bunch of weak socialist leaders, who rather sacrifices Europe's security for the sake of political correctness.
