Private insurance, profit motivated healthcare. The same with college, if you examine education the state's that offer free college have been able to control costs

Untrue, Germany has many innovation, at times surpassing the USA in medical innovation. You believe people will not be motivated by altruism, I believe people can be motivated by something other than profit.

What I like is when those responsible for providing those kids with healthcare coverage do so. Since someone else's kids aren't my responsibility, if those kids suffer, it has nothing to do with me but with their parents wanting them to suffer and die. You don't expect their parents to do what you expect the rest of us that aren't their parents to do. Not how it works.

Since someone else and their kids aren't my responsibility to support in any way, the only ones that have cold hearts are the ones that do have that responsibility but don't meet it. It's simple. If I didn't get the pussy that the kid came out of, the kid isn't my responsibility.

Ok, except republican politicians won't cut S.S. or Medicare because they're afraid they will lose their office. So if folks except that they can't really complain about anything else in the budget

Sure they can. Those that get SS/Medicare contributed to the pot when they were working. The recipients of social welfare don't contribute to that pot. Big difference.

With the draconian budget they just released, not sure how you claim they won't cut these programs because they fear losing their jobs.
