Yes, ppl are much more up in arms about it, but back then I/we had no idea how much worse for rumpf the investigations etc would get..

I do believe, as he said, he wanted to get him out a s a p & get his own guy in there, someone loyal to him, like any good ruler would want.....

Yes, he has a legal right to do so..... IMHO he was gonna be gone no matter who was elected but the rumpf has handled it very poorly.. SO rather than playing into his little hands as he predicted IT BLEW UP IN HIS FACE....
