2013 Jeremy Corbyn tweet about Hugo Chavez

I'll take Tweets That Don't Age Well For $1,000 Alex...

Who is Jeremy Corbyn, and why should I care?

Undoubtedly, the Chavez administration became too authoritarian, too incompetent, too corrupt, or a combination of all. It's not the last time we will see that in Latin America. To me it is sad, because I have traveled in Venezuela and I really like that country and its people.

With that said, I have to wonder about your credibility in mocking the predictive abilities of other people. Don't take this personally, because I have said this to other cons. The epic disaster known as the Invasion and Occupation of Iraq was arguably the most important decision made in our lifetimes. The type of epic and consequential decision that only comes once or twice in a lifetime. This epic disaster cost the American taxpayer trillions of dollars, resulted in the deaths and mutilations of hundreds of thousands of people, destabilized the Middle East, cost America its prestige and honor, and resulted in not net benefit to America.

I made the right call on the Iraq decision.
You know who got it catastrophically and disastrously wrong on the epic Iraq failure? You did Cawacko. You might want to consider that next time you mock someone elses' predictive abilities.

I me or this Corbyn cat got it "wrong" on Chavez, I think we can live with that. Don't worry, I will get more crap wrong in the years to come!

Jeremy Corbyn is the leader of the Labor Party in the U.K. and is an old school socialist. He's been praised here by board lefties in the past.

He said this on the day Chavez died. Venezuela was a shit show under Chavez and has only gotten worse. Socialism doesn't work yet there are those who keep pushing for it.

(I don't take this personal here). Is "the Iraq War" the answer to every discussion no matter the topic? Democrats chose an Iraq war supporter over someone who didn't. So clearly it's not that big of a deal.

Fuck me rigid, are you seriously asking that question? He is a fellow Marxist, I thought you'd have his picture on your wall at least.

He is not very well informed is he now? Apparently he's never heard of search engines either, just confirms to me that he's full of shit.
